Outstanding service + affordable rates = one satisfied customer! I called PRN for service to my washer and received same day appointment. Mr. Witherspoon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a prompt diagnosis with a detailed description of the problem and repaired my washer in no time. In comparison to quotes I received from other appliance repair companies (locally and nationally owned/ operated), PRN�s estimate was not only very competitive, but more than reasonable. Due to the great service I received on my washer; I immediately requested service on my dryer. I learned the problem wasn�t my dryer but a much needed vent maintenance. Although outside the normal business scope of PRN, Mr. Witherspoon provided the maintenance needed to restore my drying performance to normal. Also, Mr. Witherspoon gave helpful maintenance advice that I�m confident will increase the lifespan of my appliances. I wouldn�t hesitate to call PRN again for appliance needs and highly recommend PRN as your appliance repair service.

Washing Machines

When installing a washing machine, be sure water shut-offs are in good working order. Also ensure the water hoses are in great shape. The hoses are recommended to be replaced every five years to prevent flooding . A floor drain may also be necessary should the washer leak.

Washing machines are designed to be used on solid flooring, like concrete. If it is being installed on a wooden floor, extra joist bracing may be needed. The mounting of an additional plywood section can also strengthen an existing wooden floor. Severe internal suspension damage can occur if used on unstable flooring.
